FG says about the airline ticket it's right, but about the airport tax now is arround Rp.20.000 to Rp.25.000 for one person(domestic departure). You can send email to one of the travel agent in bali, maybe you can send email to palm-mas@hotmail.com (palmmas travel agent) why?? cause the location is near from the airport (+/- 5minute) and they will be there to give the ticket to you or you go direct to buy ticket in merpati counter office at the airport or GT air counter office. so you dont have to worried about the dateline from the airlines.
