I booked my partner via Air Paradise with only 5 nights paid for with the hotel we want (im flying using FF) and the rest I have booked through the web - just told them his return date and all sweet. I booked through a travel agent and there was no indication of cannot be done, bottom line is they dont like doing it cause they may miss out on commission for a "full" package deal - find another agent if they are proving difficult.
