You can buy kites everywhere, but do not buy kites that have the big bird or head etc. on them as they are strong wind kites and are very hard to get up and keep up thinking about it. Good for deco but thats it. There is a Kite season over there July-Aug ish i think you will see many kites in the sky some look small but take many hours to get up and stay up for a very long time days, weeks ...who knows..
just make suer yu buy a pretty one and one that flys
