i've been working in timeshare for more then 10 years. it was good. as marketing staff i do promote the timeshare on the street and try to get the people and send them to the resort and have holiday presentation. it take approx 90 munite of their holiday time and as apresiation of it the company will give them free give even they not join with. so, the system are really work most the owner are from australia. even timeshare has very bad image in australia. RCI (royal condominium international) is the company own more than 3700 resort worldwide.
