Just stayed there for five nights and it was fab - we had an upgrade which gave us free cocktails and snacks every night 5pm to 7pm plus a free one hour massage, airport transfers etc. It a lovely hotel - superb lobby and grounds - very nice, friendly staff. The spa is terrific - the best one we visited on the island. The beach by the hotel is well looked after and clean - Sanur is a nice quiet spot - The hotel has a shuttle bus that goes to its sister hotel in Nusa Dua , but dont bother with that - its soulless although has great pools. Real easy to get transport - just wlk down to the main road and hail a cab - plenty of good places to eat out in Sanur and easy to get into Denpasar or up to Ubud - a good choice!!
