we too have booked into Bali Garden and have requested Deluxe rooms
It maybe too late - but if you email 'Pony' at the hotel - have a look at the website you may get upgraded
We have requested rooms 171 - 180 as they are ground floor and at the back - suit Kevin's broken down body
