24 customer service number in Aus is 1800 038 000, but don't know if you can arrange one on that number. The cost is free.
It looks like a credit card, printed with your name, so I'm guessing you have to order one.
We've had ours for years and as we travel a lot it has been invaluable. You can use it at any time, even in Aust if nec.
