the great eating options in Bali is something I would find really handy, especially these days. My first trip was back in 1984 & at that time, jaffles, banana pancakes, fresh Mango & Pineapple juice and Mades Warung I in Kuta were the only 'western style' food options available - eating at local warungs and the Kuta Night Markets were great, but not necessarily to everyone's liking. I can't believe how much Bali has changed for eating options - especially all the 'international' cuisines on offer. Maybe refer them to the Bali Eats website, so they can have a look themselves at what's available (www.balieats.com) and always pack the 'antiseptic wipes' in the bag in case soap, etc. is not available when you decide to sit down & eat something. Agree with the other comments - smile & relax & have a great time!
