We stayed at Ramayana 2 years ago and easily walked to Waterbom Park. It took about 10 minutes. My wife was not used to walking too far and my mate has wonky knees, and that was after several days of walking around Kuta/Tuban/Legian. Anyway, you get to see, and take in, more if you stroll.I know I did. We only took cabs when we got tired, (physically or emotionally), late in the day.
Have a great stay at the Ramayana and Waterbom Park.
