worried!!!

Am leaving in 11 days and am staying at Barong Hotel.
A bit worried after reading stories on BTF. Can't change as am
in a group of 12 people staying there. Would it help if we
complained to manager if those yucky things happened to us.
We are also going to Lombok for 3 days staying at Intan Resort.
Has anyone else stayed there?
