We have been staying there for the past 5 years and never had any major problem. What eggy says is very true - I didn't like the rooms right at the pool but found either Nos 300+ or 212,213,214, 215 really good just near the tennis courts about 10mts to the pool and you can see the ocean and you get a nice breeze at night. The location of the hotel is good for walking distance to quite a lot of restaurants along the beach front road and plenty of shopping and more restaurants out of the main gate. We are going back in May this year. If you dont like your room asked to be moved we have done that before and they are pretty accommodating about it just be polite but firm and they are pretty good about it all. Unless they are fully booked as they were last August. Good luck and hope you enjoy it.
