He should be right. By June everything should be completed. I emailed the hotel and this is part of the response.
Thank you for your email and following the message we are pleased to inform you that currently we are scheduled to doing 3rd phase of room renovation which is at least 60 rooms temporary closed and will be finished in the end of March 2005.
The 4th phase will be continuing in Villa category by 2 or 3 units/phase.
For your kind information that period first week of March 2005 our newest Husk Restaurant with ocean view and renovated Main Pool will be opened.
