Your Bali holiday will do wonders for your injury (and your soul!). Take it from an occupational therapist working in vocational rehab...for the plane trip don't forget to either take your own little pillow for back support in those crappy plane seats (a 'D' roll style is small and portable, but even a rolled up towel will do), or grab one of the small airline pillows and position it behind your lumbar spine. Even a few hours in a plane can aggravate back pain. If you can, getting up to do some stretches will help. You could also tell your travel agent or the airline you have a back condition and ask to be seated where there is more leg room. Sorry, it's hard to switch off from work sometimes! We will be in Bali late June/early July too. Have a great break!!
