Ithink It's disgracefull that QANTAS took payment for two seat's in the situation that Aminkila was in, and the fact that the plane was only half full makes it a joke. I dont know if it was because they knew that travel insurance would cover the expense or not but as far as I'm concerned it shouldent come into it. Not a good promotion for QANTAS. Aminkila,sorry to hear of your bad luck, and all the best for your next trip to Bali.....Ronnie.
