if you click on "search the forum" at the top of the page and type in "Balihai" (or whatever else you want to reseach). You'll get stacks of help, tips and interesting reading from all the forum entries listed. Also, we are also hoping to go to Bali between 6-17th Nov. and are planning on staying at the Balihai. We chose it originally because it seems to have all the facilities we wanted and catering for our children too (2 x girls 7 & 5) as they have "kiddies suites" and a "kids club" which both seem like a good idea! We also liked the location because it's not right in the heart of Kuta but close enough to get theere easily. Since reading all the entries on this forum the Balihai definitely sounds like a great place to stay. You'll get heaps of info about places to eat too but "searching". There are some fantastic 'lists' supplied by forumites. Hope all this helps. By the way, do you have kids? If you do end up staying at the Balihai in Nov. maybe we will meet up there? Deb.
