We have used Mida to book our accomodation too.
Her or her rep will meet us at our first Hotel in Sanur to collect our money for all booked accomodation. Hope all is well with the first Hotel.
I was very pleased with the prices she came back with for the 3 Hotels we booked thru her.
No actually, I am confident and have only read good reports on her service.
I will know this time in 2 weeks!
