I am a size 9 and am about a size 41 over there but you need to try them on. I think 25,000 is a fair price but sometimes you get ones that you really must have and they won't drop their price so I have paid as much as 35,000 for ones with shells on them. I was happy with that. There is a shoe warehouse just around from the Puri raja near the Bali coconut. It is stacked to the ceiling with shoes and is fixed price so that is a good place to start.
