I believe Indograph might be able to help you with the printing.If you do a search in the archives under that name there is plenty of info available.I have read that they print on tshirts,business cards & stubbie holders so even if they cant help you with the water bottles Im sure they can point you in the right direction.
Try Mataharis dept store or Macro for the bottles while you are there.
