I just noticed some postings regarding Indosakti Cargo from January 05. Please be advised that we also used Indosakti Cargo to ship our furniture and we are involved in a nightmare that cost us a fortune to untangle ourselves from. I would highly advise ANYONE to NOT use Indosakti cargo. They took our money and although we did get our goods (one week ago) they never paid the freight forwarder (Ecu-Line in Surabaya) and as a result EcuLine wouldn't release our bill of lading. The goods arrived in New YOrk and we were unable to retrieve them. WE HAD TO PAY Ecu-Line again - this after 3 weeks of calling all around the world trying to get someone to help us, and having proof that we paid Indosakti. We also ended up paying huge storage fees. Fortunately our furniture is beautiful, but it cost us an arm and a leg over and beyond what it should have. We are going back to Bali in March and will be paying Indosakti a visit. I have the mobile number for the people at INodsakti - if you need it, feel free to contact me.
