Burnsie, the cost for BWI to organise your paperwork would have been paid for somewhere, so may have been included in what you paid the Dynasty. Hope, Bali Hai may have their own staff who lodge the paperwork for you or they more than likely, contract that job to a local wedding company. I am sure there is no need to be concerned, but if you would like some reassurance you can email me and I will tell you what documents are required. You can then check off my list against what Bali Hai have asked for to see if there is anything missing.
