Back in October we had a nightmare at the Niksoma on arrival... we had 4 rooms booked and only one was ready(to pacify us).They suggested we just hang around and we could use the toilets/showers by the pool!
We had to wait until nearly 8 for the others... they gave us an upgrade on one room... We did kick up a fuss and it turns out there were another 5 rooms that they had done it to as well, just on that day and we saw it happen on other days! I object because as you say, they are taking your money and they are also gladly taking the money for the late check outs... It is not fair and with the times that flights leave Bali it appears they are doing it all the time! It just isn't good enough!! We had a great holiday and loved the place but this really starts your holiday badly...
