we have had 2 very bad experiences with them. once our trip was delayed 5hours, the other time 19 hours and we weren't even given anything to eat!? on board, the service is crappy compared to AP, the food isn't as nice and its obvious that the plane is not as well maintained (seats falling apart, tvs not working).
