I am also using flight centre as I have for my last few holidays. I have found Claire at Subiaco extremely helpful and doesn't mind how many requests I make for changes in hotel or dates. She will always accommodate me and has also met the price quoted by a competitor. I shop around for information and prices then go to Claire for service.
