Sawasdeekha Thai Restaurant... it's in the street opposite Jayakarta hotel (not the beach end obviously)... the street is called Jalan Werkudara... walk up the street and it's on your right about maybe 2 blocks up - there is a SMALL bakery type set up out the front of the restaurant (jack of all trades here!!) and the massages are done upstairs. Last time we were there I was handed a brochure on prices etc, but I don't have it any more, now I am interested in prices (see my msge below)... so can't help with prices.
