For a 14 yr old best bet would be with something like
Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, Some guys I know are obsessed with this an they're only a bit older. Or you can never go wrong with a Tony Hawk's Game, i believe the latest is
Tony Hawk's Underground 2.
And if doubt have a look at the covers if you can and choose one with a lot of blood and gore!
