We spend two weeks every year on Lembongan, so we have the place pretty wired. I gather by the slow boat you mean the public boat which isn't that slow but gets very crowded, especially with chooks.
The boat we catch is the prahma, it is a large traditional outrigger boat with 2-3 large outboards. costs 45,000rp per person. Leaves from Sanur beach at 10.30 but you need to be there at 10am. it leaves Nusa lembongan daily at 8.30am and same deal need to be there at 8am.
Only the resorts do boat deals, the quick cat takes people to coconuts resort but it is a very scarry trip and I feel safer on the Prahma.
