ia almost an hour away, next door is the Reptile park & if you pay to get into both you get a discount! They are both pretty good & the kids will really enjoy the times there.
I know my parents wanted to see the bird park & on that peraticular day I was in Singapore renewing my visa, so they decided to just jump into a cab for the day, they went to the Bird park & had planned to spend 2 hours there & then go to the Reptile Park, but my Dad has MS & after about 1.5 hrs they were done, the driver of the taxi was asleep waiting outside, he took them back to Padma where they were staying, he stopped for drinks on the way home for them etc... He told them the fare & basically my Dad was shocked when he worked it out to be only a few $$$'s so he gave him a huge tip...
Ofcourse in typical Indo fashion the driver handed over his card & number spo they could call him if they needed to go anywhere...
I'd get a price on the street for a van just barter a price for either the half day or full day?
