I have flown Garuda twice before and I have found them to be as good as any other airline and have not been messed around with them. I am however starting to get a bit worried about AP as we have not flown with them before and we are booked to fly with them on the 3rd of April direct from Melbourne then fly back on the 17th of April. I would not be very happy having my holiday reduced by a day either, as you spend so much time planning, saving and looking forward to being in Bali again.
I have read quite a few postings on AP in this forum and some do not sound very good. We have paid a deposit but I am now debating whether to cancel and go with Garuda again.
