I suggest at least 3 nights to see/do enough to appreciate this Island.
Waka Nusa is a pretty good choice. You'll love your hut.
Ketut Suartayasa is the activity guy to see. He knows everything there is to see and will happily make arangements for you.
Paneda view restaurant at Devils Tear/Dream Beach is awesome at sunset, grab a lift on a bike or a lembongan limmo.
