Shaun won & after almost an hours deliberation, first on his own & then with Gabe & then also with Sara, he decided not to toss the coin & took the money. Branson said that he would have been very disappointed in him if he had tossed the coin as it would have been a very big risk. Then Branson offered Shaun a position of CEO of part of his company for 3 months (I think) to see how he would work out. He gave Sara 250,000 pounds (I think) to start up the charity that she was going to. Also, Branson told Shaun he could choose 1 other person to be his assistant in his new role & he ended up choosing Gabe. Heather was annoyed as she lucked out big time & got nothing.
