I rang Bali Treasures, they charge $400 per cubic metre. Cost is $50 each, minimum 2 people with a 50% deposit to be paid prior to going. One hundred dollars = RP700,000 which is very expensive for a days driving, and rather than getting cheaper (if you hire a car and split costs) there is no saving in going in a group. I have never paid more than RP350,000 and that was with a 50,000 tip for great service. I know Indostyle charge about the same but their tour driver is in the RP300,000 mark and that is for the car not on a per person basis. I am going by myself so 700,000 is a lot for one days shopping
