The only villa 200m to the right of Jayakarta is Villa Puri Indah, which is down a driveway opposite the Coconut hotel.It's not new but has been maintained to the highest standards.Some mates of mine stayed there and they had a great time. Put the name in a search engine as I think they have their own website.
