in Bali is Alta Moda over at Bali mall galleria near the bypass road and big statue (and bimc).
The most gorgeous fabrics and all designer. Versace, valentino, dior etc etc. You pay a bit more than other places but the selection and quality is stunning.
A proper air conditioned shop too.
They make it (and you can get the price down a tad) or you can just buy fabric and go to another tailor.
People say Komangs in Legian Seminyak?? area is good for evening wear.
