For some "good feel" shopping check out the "Adopta Co-op Shop", this is the factory outlet managed and run by several widows of Bali bombing, here you can buy something hand made by these ladies. The shop is a little tucked away in Kuta, but walking in Jl Legian from Memorial on left, about 100 metres on RIGHT is entrance to "Poppies Lane2", this is a one way "street" (more like a lane) coming out toward you ( hati hati Motor Bikes!! ), wald down here till "Bagus Pub" appears on you LEFT, turn left here, continue walking about 3 minutes on LEFT is the small shop, just passed a Hair Salon and before a Post Office. BTW opposite the shop is a great little warung with some great nasi goring!
These ladies continue to need our support and I ask all forumites to visit "Adopta" atleast once during your stay in Paradise.
