Stayed here last year rooms are large plenty off space to put the shopping on floor area. For a budget hotel never had problem with ac or tv or hot water stayed in downstairs villa. Travelled with my mum who is 60 and she thought it was a good for older travellers as there was no drunks yahooing area the hotel. You meet a good variety of people from families to couples nice restaurants in the area enjoyed Brown Sugar around the corner. Free transport to Kuta everyday but no pick up service. The restaurant upstairs gets lovely cools breezes Seminyak is know for. Feel free to email me
