Babysitting and romantic nite out

I have 3 boys 7-9yrs travelling to Bali with us in March. (not long now!) and we are staying at the Club bali Suites at the Jayakarta. Has anyone any comments on babysitting or a reccomendation on where to go if you only had ONE night out in Bali without the kids!
