the web site gives you a fair idea,the villas are best we stayed upstairs great only problem after noon sun cooks the shower water because of exposed pipes hot water was colder ,downstairs I would emagine would be better ,no stairs,no hot hot water, other then that great place would stay there again,p.s. if you want a late checkout no charge, get with your travel agent before you go and have written it on your itinerary.. we arrived late around 11pm and our flight was out at 10pm late checkout was a little expensive..cheers you will have a great time Iam sure
