We took our grandaughter to Bali. On arriving at the hotel we were given vouchers for a complimentery drink. While we were filling in the "guest book" our grandaughter asked if she could order her drink. She stopped the first waiter and asked could she could have a pineapple drink please. "would you like alcohol with that?" she was asked. " IM ONLY 8" she replied. Undaunted the waiter again asked if she wanted alcohol in her drink!!
In answer to your question, if she can afford to buy it, she will be given it.
