I can direct you towards people who can track him down; it's essential to have him ring me because of his Pensions, which are getting messy for lack of contact to either the SS or to me, his registered carer in Oz, co-signatory etc. His Pensions are being accessed but I'm worried about a third party having his ATM Card.
His phone is never picked up.
