I have been sending money western union, as I have found it to be the least expensive. BUT......to open an account and give them a card would work well, especially with a credit union, their fees if any are minimal, yea, that's what I am going to do..Thanks for the great idea.
P.S. You're not suppose to type in Caps....that is like "shouting" (yelling) you just do that when you're mad....really mad and want to make a point..
