We have actually followed a travel agent "mark" who has been working with Escape Travel for a number of years. Have used him 8 - 9 times for overseas trips, mainly Bali. As he knows what we want we have things booked within 15 minutes. He actually home delivers airline tickets etc. to our home a week before we fly out. How is that for service!! I think in alot of travel agents, it depends on the person you get. We will follow Mark where ever he goes. He is the Manager of the Doncaster Branch in Melbourne if anyone is interested.
