depends where you want to be, on the beach is the best. There is Puri Raja, Kumala Pantai, Niksoma, Sari Beach Inn, Legian Beach Hotel... all different price ranges, different sizes, pretty much along the same stretch though. There are others in between but my memory fails me as to their names... some of them are beautiful.
