Most people on the forum are of the view that cash is best. Its quick and easy to change, no ID required.
Personally, I take cash, a couple of travellers cheques for an emergency if cash got stolen, atm card and credit card...
When a girl has to shop, she has to cover all the bases. haha!
Really it is a personal choice and what you are most comfortable with, but as I say changing cash is a quick easy transaction. If you change larger sums then best to go back to your hotel and put it in the safety deposit box, taking out only what you think you need for the day. cheers....
