You will find many references to good places to go. Personally I would recommend Helgie (again do a search on the forum) for DVD's as he will deliver your pre-order to your door.
Watch out for people advertising their own wares on the forum as they may not be the most honest. Stick to the ones recommended by BTF members and you can't go wrong.
