We stayed at Ramayana 2 years ago and never had brekkie there. We always ate at one of the many restaurants/cafes in the area. Continental/ Aussie brekkies were about $2 each at most of them. The banana pancakes were a winner with most for about the same. I suppose it depends whether you are a big eater, if you have a big brekkie(in hot weather) then I suggest getting the brekkie package from the hotel where you can keep going around the bouy for food and beverage.
Ramayana hotel is very nice and very well situated for just about everything. Enjoy
