Reading through some of the postings on the BTF has been very interesting this past week - as I only have access from work, I do find myself drifting through more than my normal lunch break, totally engrossed!
I have to say that I'm totally inspired by your efforts, as are loads of others. I will be in Bali with 2 friends in Sept (2 of us visiting for the second time, the other a first-timer) and we'd all love to help with taking the kids out if you still need volunteers? We arrive on 4th, staying in Sanur - I see that you plan the outing for 6th.
Alternatively, if you already have enough bods to help, would you be able to give us some advice on arranging something similar ourselves please? Coming from the UK, Bali isn't quite as accessible for us as it is from Australia, so it's something we'd like to do this time just in case we don't get the chance again, or at least not for some years to come.
Our other plan is to do a sponsored trek up Agung to raise money for one of the orphanages, friends and rellies here seem keen to support us on this even if half of them don't even know where Bali is!
