I've stayed a few times at Bali Guarida (www.baliguarida.com) it's in Seminyak 5 minutes from the action, yet secluded and quiet.
They've got 2 big bedrooms and work with extra beds for the small ones
tight budget = no problem, check out their rates, they're great
