IS Toko Central. From Bemo corner walk away from the beach. Go over a little bridge. The road curves left. You need to be on the outside bend. About 1km. It's just after the bend.
HEAPS of stuff. You can buy 100gm bags for 2000- 35000. Here (SYdney) 25gm bags are $2+ Just point to what you want. Some staff don't speak English. It's very busy with locals so service is not always quick.
