Yes, it is indeed on the beach where Legian Garden Hotel meets the Mandira Hotel, and there is a life savers stand nearby too. But look out for what looks like a white closed local station/office building on the side of the paved beach road, and on it a sign that reads POS BALAWISTA LEGIAN KELOD Kabupaten Badung. Face the ocean and step through the gap in the stone wall onto the beach and there it is! Red esky and beach umbrellas and very relaxed holiday-makers!
