for 2 weeks and it was fine, we have 3 small kids and had a interconnecting room with a large sun deck and it was brilliant. The gardens are lovely and the buildings I did not find all that tired, just having had typical Bali renovations, maybe after 12 trips to Bali we don't really expect all that much ie. dogdy air con and toilet in room which was promptly fixed.
Only complaint was that the room in the Bouganvillea wing was a bit of a hike to the 2 pools (the kids always forgot something and it was a pain to walk back all the time) and restaurant, but the beach was just out the front with plenty of chairs.
They also have a kids club (3+ age) and a toddlers pool with reserved sun chairs/umbrellas for parents, I thought this was a nice touch.
